What is this pharmaceutical?

Ovules and cream for treatment of vagina infections.

How does it work?

Its active agent fenticosanol kills agents of infection and (in case of candidosis) it suppresses acid proteases (ferments secreted by Candida type fungus) and thereby quickly eliminates unpleasant symptoms.
Fenticosanol easily soaks up into mucous membrane of vagina and stays there for minimum four days. This feature allows taking a onetime dose (a 600 mg ovule).

How to use it?

Lomexin ovules must be entered into vagina and the cream is to be applied on external private parts and to treat a partner.
Your doctor may administer You an individual treatment.
In most cases it is recommended to use one 600 mg ovule before night. Under the necessity another 600 mg ovule can be used after three days.
If 200 mg ovules are administered, they must be used three days in sequence.
If Your doctor administers otherwise, follow doctor’s advice.
